The Saito Family × Martin

Martin from Spain stayed with the Saito Family in Tokyo for 3 weeks. A photo report of his home stay by the host family Saito-san.

We had Martin from Spain stay with us for three weeks from July 3rd - 26th. Today, he left our house in Tokyo for Kansai, his next destination.

Martin was always cheerful, talkative and open. It was truly our pleasure to have him stay with us.

During his stay with us, we tried to cook typical Spanish food from Martin's mother and grandmother's recipe together. We made paella, tortilla, and gazpacho. We enjoyed eating as much as cooking!

At the end of his stay, Martin successfully completed the course and received the certificate from KAI. We had sukiyaki for dinner that night to celebrate his course completion. On the last day of his home stay, we went to a nearby steak restaurant for a farewell dinner.
