A: I enjoy school and want to learn Japanese more, but I needed more money for that. Q: What did they ask you at the interview? A: I was asked why I applied for scholarship, why I study Japanese, what I do besides studying Japanese, and what I would use the scholarship money for. Q: What did you do to prepare for the interview? A: I practiced to answer different questions they might ask me at the interview. I was really nervous at the interview and felt I couldn’t speak well enough, though. Q: How did you use the scholarship? A: I used it for the tuition. Q: How did receiving a scholarship affect you? A: I was really happy to receive the scholarship. I have higher motivation to study Japanese now. Thank you so much. Q: Any message for the people who are going to apply for scholarships?
