Why did you apply for the scholarship? |
| A: |
I wanted to buy study material. When I finish studying Japanese, I would like to go to a vocational school. |

What did they ask you at the interview? |
| A: |
I was asked about my motivations for studying Japanese and about my projects for the future. They also asked me about my interests. |

What did you do to prepare for the interview? |
| A: |
Before the interview, we had to write a motivation essay, so I did the preparations for that. |

How did you use the scholarship? |
| A: |
When I applied for the scholarship, I was at the intermediate level, studying for the Japanese language proficiency test. I bought study materials for the test, which was very helpful for me. |

How did receiving a scholarship affect you? |
| A: |
I was very happy! Everybody knows money is useful, but gaining this scholarship was a very grateful experience, particularly for me that I don’t have so much self-confidence. |

Any message for the people who are going to apply for scholarships? |
| A: |
I support everybody trying to do this experience! I think it will be a good experience both for the Japanese study and for you in order to make a significant challenge experience! |
