50% of the tuition will be returned
to the student when cancellation notice is given
3 weeks in advance. The full tuition will be kept
if the student gives a cancellation notice 2 weeks
in advance. In the case of returned fees, payment
of the processing charge for returning money will
be the responsibility of the applicant.
If a course applied to is cancelled by KAI, the
entire tuition fee will be returned. However, tuition
fees will not be returned in the case of school
closure due to safety measures pertaining to natural
disasters such as earthquakes, typhoons, etc. We
apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for
your understanding. |
